All is quite in the truck on our way home me with phone in hand .Shelby says "Are you reading anything good?".....naah I am just decomposing and Shelby says "ummm decompressing right?"Umm yep that is what I meant... Bahahahaha a typical blond tired moment and a deep belly laugh

 Receiving the call that the location changed for b's game was exciting ..... The drive to Seminole was fantastic!! I need to say I left a great crew behind to take care of a catering tonight so I wouldn't miss this game. Sam, Cindy, Jeff, Taylor & Mindy thank you is not enough, y'all are awesome and I know y'all will represent the CIG with grace , style and of course a lot of swagg:) woot woot game time is here!!
Woot woot!! Good morning ... My prayer is for this great staff to finish out this amazing week strong, I threw a curve ball and yet another change this weekend i opened the patio..., they not only rose to the occasion they came out swinging and did a great job...., my prayer is also for the mighty Idalou wildcats as we play another series starting today.... I pray they come out swinging. Clear eyes, full hearts can't loose . Lets get this party started! Happy Friday y'all ..... Is life throwing curve balls? stand tall believe in how the Lord made you and swing !

AuthorI opened the Cast Iron Grill in October 2007. Lots of changes have happened in the last 5 1/2 years. The CIG started with 55 seats in an office building located at 18th and K. After five years, we were bursting at the seams with now 167 seats, and 24 wonderful co-workers working on top of eachother to make it happen. 2012 the Lord chose a different journey for the CIG. We relocated the CIG and opened our doors on January 2nd, 2013, just four blocks away from the old location! It has changed my world completely! All of these stories are the happenings of the people and the joy and celebration that make the CIG what it is. Archives
